I dedicate all my work to my mother in Heaven!

   I grew up in Cyprus a small Mediterranean country. My  family were farmers growing our own fruits, vegetable, Wheats and legumes. The Mediterranean diet is a diet inspired by the eating habits of Italy and Greece in the 1960s. The principal aspects of this diet include proportionally high consumption of olive oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits, and vegetables, moderate to high consumption of fish, moderate consumption of dairy products, moderate wine consumption, and low consumption of non-fish meat products. Olive oil has been studied as a potential health factor for reducing all-cause mortality and the risk of chronic diseases. 

Moving to United States has really showed me that people are being dragged into the fast life busy life, fast food, easy food diet. But this lifestyle has weakened many peoples immune system which caused them to have many diseases. The real whole food has been pushed to the side.  My practices are all based on a customized Whole food Mediterranean Diet. 

After losing my mother at the age of 61 due to cancer and chemotherapy was an eye awakening on life. Cancer is a horrible disease but worst is the drug industry that promotes this disease by holding you hostage and keeping you sick as long as they can until your body gives up. (All for Profits)

 In order to heal your body you must change your diet you must heal your self by nurturing and giving your body the nutrients it needs in order to fight any disease. It is a fact and has been proven that you can heal yourself from any chronic disease. It takes believing in yourself and just changing your diet. 

I strongly believe of the body's natural process of healing. We are build to heal ourselves from any sickness or chronic disease. Life is precious and if you do not take your life serious when it comes to your Diet then who will? Taking the first step to a better lifestyle is the most important step of all and it will yield a long lifetime of positive results.
